i'm graduating today.
its been such a long time in high school. every minutes of it was amazing. even the drama, and arguements, and bad days. every minutes of it was worth it to be there today walking across the stage, with classmates you barely know and best friends cheering and walking across with you.
all of us are so ready but so afraid. i know i am. because i'll miss this. i'll miss the gym lobby every morning, and meeting eachother after school, taking drives around the place, shopping together, laughing together, watching movies together.
i'll never forget my chickees, either. and i know not all of you read this, but when you do pass it along. i know i've been slighting older friends recently. but just because we're not as attatched at the hip as we used to be doesn't mean you're not still my best friends. all of my best memories are with you. we had so much fun and have helped eachother so much. i just need breathing room. i've told that to all of you, several times. i'm getting back into it, but it's weird for me. but everything i do now is still my decision, its still julia, the same julia as when we all met. and i'll be the same when we visit eachother in college and call eachother up when we're in need. i'm not pushing you away, because i can't let old friends go. and you all ahve been the best to me.
graduating doesn't seem like such a big step sometimes. but now its looming hours ahead and i know we've made it. we made it through everything.
now let the fun begin.

So I was actually at school all day, and Laura brought me food. Then I went home and took a shower, then Laura and I went to Lauren's and she did my hair fantastically! I'm so glad I asked her to do it because I didn't have to worry about appointmetns, she's patient with my hair, and she did really great :D Then I sat around, then Laura did my make-up. Then Lauren adn I changed and talked, then Amanda and Patty got there, then Cristina and then Andy and Lauren and everyone looked fantastic! Our parents all talked and we ate awesome dinner and then we walked out to the gazebo at Lauren's house (which is where most of the pictures are from) and then we went to prom!
When we first got there no one was dancing even though it was already 9 and then it eventually built up and people were dancing adn i danced with a bunch of people like Max, and Stephen(for a song) adn Julie/Stephen(for a bit) and with Ethan Harris, and obviously all of my girls and other people I knew. It was fun. I like dancing! and dressing up! :D

oh my god. i am going to be finding bobby pins in my hair for days.
prom was fantabulous. good music, fun to dance around, wish more single guys were there so i could dance with them, but it was dancing, it was fun, i want more. i only have pre prom pics, so i'll edit later and put them up. :D

so. bored. i need somethign to do after school. yesterday megan and i drove around went to tysons two because we looked all ratty, punched eachtoher and created slappy taxi. then i read hot number (half of it) again. the other half is for tonight.
and today i went to laurens for lack of anyhting else and watched moulin rogue. and...thats pretty much it.
theres a new girl in my 5th period, shannon. she moved from washington state and she sat with me at lunch today. she seems really cool andday was her first day here.
i'm starting reflective rhetorical questions of the day.

fuck. i think i lost my ipod. i can't fin it in my purses or backpack, i don't think it fell out in laurens car, and it wasn't in the girls or boys dressing rooms when i checked today. an di have no idea where it could beother than there. if anyone sees it or finds it or rembers seeing it or anything or asks some of the cat please tell me becasue my parents and definately not willing to get a new one.
